This internship offers exposure to the entire lifecycle of a construction project—from early-phase budgeting to on-site coordination—while also helping to develop soft skills through administrative support, documentation management, and client communication tasks.
Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist with scheduling, planning, document control, and coordination of project activities.
Cost Estimation: Support the creation and updating of project budgets, take-offs, bid evaluations, and cost reports.
Administrative Tasks: Perform document filing, meeting notes, data entry, permit tracking, and correspondence.
Team Communication: Participate in team meetings and assist in coordination between stakeholders.
Research & Analysis: Help gather vendor quotes, industry data, and materials research to aid in planning.
Compliance Support: Help ensure site safety and document compliance with regulations and company standards.
Additional assignments as directed by the Project Director or Cost Estimator.
Qualifications:
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred but not required.)
Experience: No prior work experience required, but internships or relevant academic projects are advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Wrike is a plus.
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
A self-starter with a professional demeanor and a willingness to learn.

Reliable attendance and on-time completion of assignments.
Positive and respectful conduct toward colleagues, vendors, and clients.
High-quality, accurate work output.
Consistent adherence to company safety policies and operational procedures.
